Youth Enterprise Conferences
Since 2004, we’ve held fun and enterprising events for young people from primary and secondary schools and those on Modern Apprenticeship programme across Hull every November.

Youth Enterprise Strategy Action Plan
We have developed an integrated enterprise education and enterprise support  strategy to support Hull’s enterprising young people. This includes an agreed action plan to be monitored and reported on to the Enterprise Board.

Young Enterprise Co-operation.
Promoting companies established under the Young Enterprise programme in Hull and the East Riding, and encouraged partner organisations to use their services.

Managed the “Supporting Hull’s Enterprising Young People” activity promoting Youth Enterprise in the City.

Held well attended events for Community Workers supporting enterprising young people

Sponsored, promoted and piloted school Enterprise Programme throughout the city.

Established a Youth Enterprise Bank giving grants to enterprising young people.

Established an Enterprise Challenge for the under 19's with cash prizes.

Between Oct 2004 and January 2010  mentored over 550 young people wishing to develop their ideas for the establishment of a new enterprise or community activity.

Enabled the establishment of nearly 110  businesses run by young people aged under 25 and assisted with general support to many more.
